With an international background \u2014 born in Venezuela to Dutch parents \u2014 I developed the ability to quickly read and understand cultural differences. I bring a structuring perspective, strategic listening, and the ability to simplify complex situations without ever losing sight of on-the-ground realities.<\/p>\n
